This is the first set of important reminders for students with offers of place at Victoria University of Wellington for Trimester 1 starting on 24 February 2025*.
Please read the information below carefully and share it with your students.
> Accommodation
Accommodation applications have been open since 1 August—please prompt your students to apply for accommodation if they wish to stay in one of our halls of residence. Places are limited!
> Course enrolment
Students must be enrolled in their courses before coming to New Zealand. Enrolment applications are done by students on Pūaha, the student portal. Tip! Students can find their required courses on their programme’s page.
> Meeting offer conditions
If your students have conditions on their Offer of Place, please submit any additional documents by 1 December at the latest. Here's how to add documents using the Agent Portal.
> Fees and visa

- Once the student receives their visa, make sure to send us a copy of it at international@vuw.ac.nz.
- International Orientation will take place the week of 17 February 2025 and the programme will be released soon. See here for details.
