We are happy to announce the tuition fee discounts UWL has put in place for international students joining us in September 2024.
We will send out an announcement to our offer holders with the details below on Monday.
Offer holders can make payments to UWL through the applicant portal, or by following the guidance on this page of the website.

If students choose to take up any of the discounts and pay their fees early, our Finance team will update the financial overview in the UWL applicant portal to reflect the updated tuition fee rate.
Tuition fee discounts
· 5% early settlement discount for paying the full tuition balance before enrolment
If offer holders pay the full tuition fee before on-site enrolment in September 2024 - a 5% early settlement discount will be applied to the 2024/25 tuition fee.
· £1,000 discount for meeting the financial condition early
If offer holders meet the financial condition listed on their offer letter by paying the amount requested as upfront tuition fee payment before May 31st, 2024 - a £1,000 discount will be applied to the 2024/25 tuition fee.
The two discounts above can be taken up separately or together.
For example;
· the 5% early settlement discount is still available if they have met the financial condition before the deadline listed in the offer letter and this is after May 31st, 2024.
· if they have met the financial condition before May 31st 2024, the 5% early settlement discount will be applied to the reduced tuition rate if they settle the remainder of tuition before enrolment.
OR
· Access the 2023/24 UWL fee rate
If offer holders pay their full tuition fee before July 31st, 2024 – they will access the 2023/24 UWL tuition fee rate. For undergraduate entrants (including undergraduate with foundation year) this will be applied to all years of study.
The £1,000 discount for meeting the financial condition early and the 5% early settlement discount cannot be used together with this and be applied to the 2023/24 fee rate.
