Dear Valued Partner,
Thank you again for your ongoing support. As we gear up for Semester 2 (Spring Intake) 2024, we're thrilled to welcome a wave of international students to Western. We understand that a smooth enrolment process sets the stage for their success, and your role in guiding them is invaluable.
While some students are eager to begin, others might encounter hurdles with finalising enrolment. To support you and empower your students, we've compiled essential information to address their common enrolment questions.
Please use this information to help your new starting students follow the links. If they are onshore and having any difficulties in enrolling, they should contact the Student Services Hub on any campus for direct assistance.
We recommend you remain in contact with your students on arrival, obtain their new Australian mobile phone numbers and assist them in the process of enrolling. |

If you are a new international student, you will be able to enrol once you have: - Signed and submitted your Offer of Admission acceptance form (check your offer letter)

- Supplied evidence that you met all conditions (if applicable) as outlined on your Offer of Admission

How do I create my timetable (class registration)?
Once you have enrolled, you will need to create your class timetable via the class registration online system called Allocate+. Ensure you have waited at least one hour after completing your enrolment before accessing class registration so that your student record has time to update. You will need to make sure you are enrolled in all your subjects.
