2. 怀卡托大学提醒学生注意以下退费政策，以下引用大学原文

Where International students have started online while waiting for a visa application outcome and subsequently have their student visa application declined and as a result cannot enter New Zealand to study, the university will allow these students to request a tuition fee refund in full under the following conditions:
1. Students must be able to provide evidence of the visa decline and the reasons for the decline.
2. This request must be submitted by 6th September 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.
3. The Student Services Levy will not be included in the refund.
4. An international tuition fee refund will not be provided if a visa is declined on the basis of:
a. Fraudulent documentation;
b. A medical check reveals a pre-existing condition;
5. No additional costs associated with online study will be refunded, such as computer hardware or software expenses, the purchase of materials, printing, internet usage etc.
6. No transcript, certificate or qualification will be issued or awarded if a tuition fee refund is made.

3. 从2024年7月1日起，环境规划硕士（MEP）取消了环境规划背景的要求。

4. 怀卡托大学重申，其支持IELTS Indicator 和 Duolingo English Test (DET)满足学术要求。
