Click here if you are having trouble viewing this message.Kia ora Do you have students who have successfully completed an arts, business or science degree and want to study for an international master’s degree? The only programme of its kind in Australasia, and partly funded by the European Commission, the Master of European Union Studies (MEURO) is now open for international students to enrol for 2025. If you have students interested in EU-China relations, EU enlargement and relations with neighbouring countries, the EU Indo-pacific strategy, security, human rights, EU foreign policy, trade, perceptions, they should be encouraged to apply for this 12-to-18-month degree. The economic and political importance of the EU within the Asia-Pacific and Indo-Pacific regions has never been higher making the MEURO a world-relevant postgraduate qualification.    Students are hosted in the notable National Centre for Research on Europe (NCRE), alongside academic experts and PhD students – an EU-recognised Centre of Excellence that will celebrate 25 years at the University of Canterbury in 2025. Additional benefits for students enrolled in the MEURO are:competitive partial tuition fee scholarships open on 1 September and close on 31 October 2024internships (at UC and one annually with the EU Delegation in Wellington)meeting EU Ambassadors each week in NCRE at the diplomatic seminarspotential international conference attendance (flights and accommodation paid) Email jenny.wilson@canterbury.ac.nz now for scholarship application forms or more information. Kind Regards, International Future Students TeamUniversity of Canterbury
