Application Rejection Reasons and How to Avoid Them
An application without an offer will never convert. Rejection is a frustrating experience for both counsellors and students who have committed time to university choices.
Fortunately, many rejections are preventable with a few simple steps:
Entry Requirements and Pathways
Up to 50% of rejections occur because applicants don't meet direct entry requirements. Instead, students not eligible for our degrees should consider applying to our pathway provider, INTO, for a more positive experience without the risk of rejection.

Missing Documents
About 40% of rejections are due to missing transcripts or resumes. To avoid this, please ensure all documents are collected before applying. Alternatively, schedule a follow-up call with applicants to gather any missing information to give Admissions the information they need to make an informed decision.
Following these steps can greatly reduce rejection rates and create a more positive application experience.
