英-罗汉普顿大学- IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Student Induction and enrolment on 7 November
Dear valued partner, Please be informed that On-campus enrolment and induction for all students will take place on Thursday 7 November from 09.30am.You can find full details about induction and enrolment here. It is compulsory to attend. Your students will complete their enrolment and meet academic and support staff and learn about their course. If they do not attend, they will not be fully enrolled, and they may lose their place at Roehampton and their visa may be withdrawn. What day and time? Thursday 7 November from 09.30am. Enrolment location:UOR LibraryUniversity of RoehamptonRoehampton LaneLondonSW15 5SZ What should students bring? Their Passport, and any other forms of Government identification.Original copies of their qualifications.Their BRP card and any other immigration documents.Copies of their offer letter and student ID number.Proof of UK address, such as a tenancy agreement. What do students need to do before they arrive? 1. Complete online enrolment Students will receive an email next week to begin their enrolment. They should complete as much as possible in advance. 2. International students must provide their share codeIf your students received a share code for their visa, they need to email this code to visacheck@roehampton.ac.uk before arriving on-campus. If students have used the e-gates at arrivals and do not have a stamp in their passport, they need to email an image of their boarding pass or ticket to visacheck@roehampton.ac.uk.This will help them complete their immigration check-in more quickly and easily. When does teaching start? Teaching starts on Monday 11 November. Students support after arrivalNest is the point of call for anything students might need. They can find them on-campus, based in the Library, Queen's Building, at Whiteland and online.Before students arrive, they can submit a ticket online and we'll do our best to support them.
