This summer, your students can learn new skills in engineering, applied artificial intelligence, and more through Shorelight's exclusive summer programs held at prestigious universities in California. Whether your students are high schoolers trying to get a head start on university life or undergraduates seeking to learn more about applied AI and innovation in engineering, Shorelight’s summer programs provide students with opportunities to build expertise, gain confidence, and make lifelong connections.

Shorelight is offering two programs this summer:

UC Berkeley Applied AI in Engineering Summer Institute

The Applied AI in Engineering Summer Institute at University of California, Berkeley is an immersive campus experience for undergraduate students with an interest in the future of applied artificial intelligence and innovation in engineering. Students will experience what life on a US college campus is like while also engaging with expert faculty from Berkeley's College of Engineering.

Summer Exploration Programs at Pacific

Summer programs at the University of the Pacific, designed for aspirational high school students, give your students the chance to explore a variety of courses in business, engineering, science, athletics, and performing and visual arts. They will experience life on campus while learning directly from expert instructors, benefitting from hands-on learning opportunities and personalized attention.

Programs end with either a capstone project or presentation, where your students can showcase the skills and expertise gained throughout the program. At the successful program completion, students will receive a certificate to add to their professional portfolio, helping them stand out to university admissions officers and employers around the world.
