Important NTU arrival information

Students joining us in September have recently received an important email regarding enrolment to NTU. 

This communication reminded students of the importance of arriving on time for their course start date and outlined some key actions they can take now, and upon arrival to NTU. The email also outlined the steps they should take if they are unable to arrive on time. 

Please do support your students to complete this final step to NTU. We'll be in touch once term commences to outline how to claim commission for your students. Please note commission will only be paid for fully enrolled students that have paid at least their first tuition fee payment.

Key actions before they travel

• Students should start their enrolment online before they travel. 

• Students should make every effort to arrive in time for their course start date (which they will find listed on their CAS).

• They should note their enrolment deadline on the online enrolment summary page, it's important that all enrolment actions have been completed by this date to avoid their student record from being deactivated and to prevent them from being withdrawn from the course.

Upon arrival to NTU

• They can complete their enrolment in person, showing their passport, student visa documentation and evidence of entry to the UK (flight information) at the International Enrolment Event.

• Collect their NTU student card once they have completed all enrolment actions.

Students unable to arrive on campus to fully enrol by deadline

Please encourage students that are unable to arrive on campus and fully enrol by their enrolment deadline to request a late enrolment, by emailing international@ntu.ac.uk using the subject line: 'Late enrolment request' with the below information: 

• their NTU ID number.

• information on their visa status, attaching a copy of their visa or evidence that they have applied. 

• their arrival date to the UK. If they have booked travel, their flight information. 

Note that these requests will be considered, however are not guaranteed.
