Ahead of A level result confirmation we would like to take this opportunity to share important information regarding the Clearing period with you.

Course Listings 2024

Details of courses currently available through clearing can be found here. As places are filled, courses will be removed from the list. Please be aware that we do not have any Clearing vacancies for Medicine.

2024 UG Clearing applications can be submitted online at https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/study/clearing/apply/

For new applications, you will be asked to provide contact information, qualification details, and any additional information they feel is relevant to their application.

The best way to reach us quickly on Thursday will be by phone. Clearing phone lines will open at 8am BST on Thursday 15th August, and will be active until the lines close at 7pm BST that day.

Phone lines will then reopen from 9am BST until 5pm BST on Friday 16th August.

Our scholarships and bursaries are available to Clearing applicants, including the Global Scholarship for overseas applicants. Applicants will be automatically considered when they apply via Clearing - we take all the information we need from the application, so they don't have to do anything extra.

UCAS Clearing is where UK universities advertise their programme vacancies. If you are new to working with students in clearing, UCAS have some practical tips for supporting someone through the process on their website.
