As part of our preparations to welcome your students to study with us at the University of Huddersfield, we have implemented a new process for pre-arrival and pre-enrolment support.

In summary, students will be required to take some additional steps to update the university on the status of their visa application and travel plans, in advance of their enrolment with us.

Once a CAS has been issued for a student, they will be directed to:

·         Complete our self-reporting form for CAS holders: University of Huddersfield - CAS Self-Report Form

·         Provide regular updates on the status of their visa application as they move through each stage of that process

·         Notify the University of any issues with their visa application which may impact their ability to enrol within approved timeframes

Please note that this process is mandatory for all students issued with a CAS by the university. Failure to engage with this process before commencement of in-person enrolment may result in withdrawal of CAS. Please forward this email to relevant colleagues at your organisation in support of their applicants.
