Today, we invited Senior staff from your agency to attend a Genuine Student requirement training. While we have opted for a smaller group for this meeting, rest assured that we remain committed to providing all necessary resources for your recruitment efforts at Charles Sturt University.

The introduction of theGenuine Student requirementby the Department of Home Affairs requires that all applicants for a student visa must genuinely intend to enter Australia as students, recognising that studying is the primary purpose of their visa. As a result, Charles Sturt University anticipates agents torecruit and submit applications exclusively for students meeting this criterion. The University will assess applicants accordingly.
