英-奇切斯特大学-University of Chichester end of year updates

Dear Partner,

With the Christmas/New Year holiday fast approaching (and with today being my last day in the office until the 6^th January!), I hope you don’t mind if I take this opportunity to send some quick end-of-year updates from us here
at the University of Chichester?

Scholarships

A reminder that we have three generous schemes running currently for September/October 2025 entrants, and that these can be viewed
here on our website. These have replaced the previous Global Merit Scheme.

Early Bird discount

We’re also offering an Early Bird discount of £1,500 for undergraduates and
£1,000 for postgraduates. This is for applicants who go Firm (whether their offer at that stage is Conditional or Unconditional) and pay their deposit before
30^th April, 2025.

Students who receive the Early Bird discount will still be eligible for the scholarships.

New courses

2024 was a good year for new courses here at Chichester, and for 2025 we have two new courses which we hope will be of interest:

Pre-Masters    This is a one-semester programme starting in June and offering progression to an expanded range of Master’s courses at the University of Chichester. The English language requirement will be IELTS 5.5 with
no element lower than 5.5 (or recognised equivalent qualification). The cost is £7,459

·     
BSc Psychology of E-Sports     This is a pioneering new BPS-accredited course which explores some of the most fundamental psychological principles behind what has become one of the highest-paying sports streams in the world:
E-Sports. Recognised now by the International Olympic Committee, E-Sports provides a player ecosystem which can be highly stimulating and rewarding, but which is also very challenging. This course will place students at the forefront of an exciting and rapidly
evolving new field. Career paths include: psychologist, team analyst, team manager, performance coach, player development manager and mental health counsellor. More details
here. If you feel you this might be of interest to your students, being quite a niche new course, we’d be happy to arrange training or student counselling sessions with the course lead.
