This programme is specifically designed for students who wish to pursue a management career in a globalised environment. Become a future leader by learning to think unconventionally in relation to idea generation and idea implementation. You will develop a broad understanding of markets, the external context, customers, organisations and their people. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist with managing the innovation process in companies. You will also develop problem-solving abilities applicable to the business environment. You will use critical frameworks such as PESTLE to analyse business at a local, national and international level. You’ll discuss the role of marketing in relation to customers, their expectations and their location, and the role of business innovation, creativity, and knowledge management within and across organisations. Topics include: the nature of organisations, including internal functions and processes, their diverse purposes, structures and governance individual and corporate behaviours and cultures market operation in relation to resources, goods and services.
