This comprehensive programme takes a close look at contemporary issues and best practice in human resource management. You will look beyond textbooks and management fads, and develop the ability to offer insightful analysis and facilitate creative thinking. You will pick apart the phenomena that is globalisation and what it means for people management and multinational corporations. Topics include: diverse and culturally distinct workforces globalisation leadership equality and diversity organisational behaviour performance management reward systems resourcing. Throughout this programme you will develop a range of valuable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, self-appraisal, and autonomy in the planning and management of learning. This International Human Resource Management MSc is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the only HR institution in the world to recognise human resource professionals through chartered membership. This means you’ll satisfy the entry requirements for associate membership of CIPD and develop key skills and behaviours identified by CIPD as central to successful Human Resource Management. The accreditation is Level 7 (Advanced).
